COVID-19 Update

As we continue to live with COVID-19, we are constantly evaluating every aspect of our operation and implement precautionary measures to protect our guests and staff. Our guiding principle is simple and remains constant – our highest priority is the health and safety of our guests and staff. With this as our overarching objective, we will continue to monitor and adjust our protocols as appropriate. 
 

These are highlights of some of the actions we are taking:

    • Stringent housekeeping regime to elevate an already high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, including frequent cleaning of all surfaces with CDC-approved disinfectants, with enhanced focus on high-touch areas, such as light switches, thermostats, TV remote controls and handles for doors, drawers, safes and mini bars

    • Airthereal HEPA (High-efficiency particulate filter) medical grade air purifiers in every room

    • FDA-registered medical device available for guests to sterilize small personal items, such as keys, pens, cell phones and baby bottles

    • Freshly laundered removable sofa covers in all guest rooms upon request

    • Hand sanitizer stations in public spaces

    • Furniture placement in public spaces to support social distancing

  • Guest Engagement 

    • Option for contactless check-in and check-out

    • Strict adherence to NYS Travel restrictions and quarantine guidelines
