DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
A 100% deposit of room rate plus taxes is charged at the time of the booking to guarantee the room(s).
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a 5% credit card processing fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in full forfeit of deposit. No-shows and early check outs will not be refunded.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to guestservices@theroundtreehotels.com
As an exception, to help alleviate stress in your travel plans caused by uncertainties from COVID-19, we are offering you the flexibility to rebook up to 2 weeks prior to arrival in 2021. New bookings will be subject to applicable rates for the new arrival dates.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
EXTRA PERSON(S)
Additional person charge above standard occupancy is $75 per night.
PETS
The Roundtree, Amagansett is a pet-friendly hotel. Dogs are welcome in all of our rooms with a limit of 2 dogs per room. Please provide us with advance notice if you are planning on bringing your pet. A $50 nightly non-refundable per pet fee will be charged upon booking.
HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT
The Roundtree, Amagansett is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms or in any of the public spaces.
