The Beach House

Introducing The Beach House, a newly renovated bungalow situated in the quiet and prestigious Amagansett Dunes neighborhood. Located a short distance from the Amagansett Main Street, this beach cottage is owned and curated by the owner of The Roundtree, Amagansett. The local ocean beach, which stretches for miles on end, is a short walk away and accessible by private pathways. Built in the 1960s by renowned East Hampton architect Alfred Scheffer, this retreat was originally owned by the famous Tony-award-winning playwright Neil Simon, best known for the "Odd Couple." Spanning 2,700 square feet of pure luxury with a sublime modern aesthetic, The Beach House was recently renovated from top to bottom with the most exquisite high-end finishes throughout. The house offers 3 bedrooms, 5 baths with walk-in showers, a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a family room, an office. An open modern gourmet European kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances completes this luxurious setting. The primary suite also features a small private outdoor sitting area. Outside, there's a manicured backyard with sun loungers, a hammock, an outdoor shower, and a patio with a grill and dining table that's designed for entertaining. Included with the rental are daily housekeeping with laundry service, welcome basket, and weekly Amber Waves farm share. Tenants also enjoy Frette Linens, Matouk Towels and Grown Alchemist Bath Products, bicycles, and beach essentials. Truly an amazing East End experience.
