Beach House

Privately owned by founder and curator of The Roundtree, the Beach House was built in the 1960s by renowned East Hampton architect Alfred Scheffer and originally owned by the famous Tony-award-winning playwright Neil Simon. This newly renovated bungalow is situated in the quiet and prestigious Amagansett Dunes neighborhood, just a short distance from the beach, accessible by private pathways and Amagansett’s Main Street. Guest services, daily housekeeping with laundry service, welcome basket and weekly Amber Waves farm share is included.
